This site (devin.vc) is a personal portfolio and consulting site operated by Devin Alexander. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and how it's handled.
Information collected
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected: your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is stored in a private database.
Booking form
When you book a call, the following information is collected: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred time slot, timezone, and any notes you provide. This data is shared with Cal.com to schedule the meeting and is stored in a private database for record-keeping.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and first name are collected. Subscription is double opt-in: you must confirm via email before receiving any content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Subscriber data is managed through Resend.
Analytics
With your consent, this site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors engage with the site. These tools collect anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referrers, and performance metrics. No personal information is tracked, and no advertising profiles are built.
Cookies
This site uses a cookie consent mechanism. Analytics cookies are only set if you explicitly accept them. A cookie-consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data retention
Contact and booking records are retained indefinitely for business correspondence purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe, at which point your record is marked as unsubscribed. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing me@devin.vc.
